Shake your bon bon

Today’s agenda:

  • Athletic conditioning
  • 45 minute treadmill run
  • Shower
  • Lunch
  • Hair cut
  • Chauffeur the little apron to choir drama club, and choir (she’s a star)
  • Get a little crafty
  • Update i-pod

Breakfast:

Mucho carbs

1 cup honey nut toasty O’s, 1/2 cup wheat-fuls, 1/2 cup frozen berries, 1 cup 2% organic milk, 1 tbsp Nuttzo ,  and 1.5 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

A cup Two cups of joe [best coffee evah!] Coconut Bon Bon. I found this little bag of coffee for $1.95 at the Breadsmith two weeks ago. I can’t get enough of it.

The Little Apron and I have a fun craft planned this evening with some WILD zebra print!

Last night before bed I read a little bit of InStyle and would you believe their was an article about Tory Burch in there?

The woman is amazing did you know she is a philanthropist and started her own foundation in 2009. The Tory Burch Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides economic opportunity to women and their families in the United States. She helps entrepeneurs like herself  with the support they need to succeed, even when traditional banks won’t.

Speaking of woman I have big plans this weekend to celebrate my dear friend Aunt T’s 30th Birthday.

This is us celebrating Mr. Aprons 30th.

Now it’s her turn 🙂

 We leave early Friday morning for Gatlinburg, Tennessee. A group of about 14 will be sharing a cabin in the Great Smokey Mountains. Lot’s of shenanigans to be had
