Yoga was amazing! I feel much better. The class started out a little slow (thank goodness), and progressed a bit faster, just what I needed.
I knew I wanted a salad for lunch, but cold veggies didn’t sound appealing. I made a warm salad with sautéed cabbage, mushrooms and zucchini all tossed with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil and a splash of sesame seeds.
I also had a hard-boiled egg, a side of crackers smeared with laughing cow cheese, and 1/2 grapefruit.
After lunch we saw a movie, loved the soundtrack.
Part of our Christmas present this year is a trip to an indoor water park. Were spending the rest of the evening at Caribean Cove and most of tomorrow. Can’t wait to ride with water slides.
