Kicking it

Interval training and turbo kick was awesome. If you’ve never tried turbokick, I highly suggest you give it a try. Each round last about six-eight weeks and is choreographed to current upbeat music. It’s a great cardio, endurance, strengthening, and core specific workout. The cool down for each class is PiYo (ilates/yoga) inspired, focusing on stability, flexibility and balance.

 I started taking TK about six years ago and even became a certified instructor. That’s how much I like it.

Post workout fuel was a simple salad topped with grilled chicken, a side of kashi crackers and the last of the grapefruit. Dinner plans tonight.
