After cleaning the kitchen top to bottom including the refrigerator and mopping the floors, all I wanted was a simple dinner. Chicken is easy, versatile, low in fat, and high in protein. The chicken was seasoned with TJ’s soyaki and grilled outside in freezing temps. Kale chips and potato slices were baked indoors with the cozy oven.
The potatoes were seasoned with s+p, chili powder, evoo, and then topped with ketchup+mustard. The kale chips received a dash of salt after baking, hot sauce and ketchup. What can I say? I happen to be a condiments girl. All this with a side of water, and glass of white wine while cooking. Cheers to day 1 of blogging.
